Minimal movement meters have become beneficial in homes, flats and offices as they are regarded as a lot more accurate, with it is easy to install these reasonable flow yards and having all the appealing features. Taking medicine during those times may reverse the assault earlier becomes also bad. These
meters should be matched in circumstances which need low maintenance, low-pressure fall and substance being compatible. Besides, there's also no drifts or paddle rims to split and change. In all sectors of industry, the measurement of flow is of vital importance. However, in an industry that is cutting costs, what impact will a growing skills gap have on meter management and accuracy of measurement? How can a combination of targeted training and the development of new technologies be best used to fill this gap?
Making polymer clay magnets is a fun and easy project. You can get the kids involved or have some friends over for a little magnet making party or just make some yourself. Polymer clay magnets make great gifts as well.
In today’s economy, industrial automation has become absolutely essential for refiners, petrochemical producers and pipeline owners looking to maintain profitability and competitive advantage as market pressures bear down on them. Fortunately, oil and gas is far from the only space in which companies are navigating the complexities of developing an automation strategy with fill rite flow meter. This means that a number of lessons can be learned from other industries with similar challenges.
In mid-July, hydrocarbon processing industry (HPI) professionals from around the world met in Houston, Texas for Hydrocarbon Processing’s International Petrochemical and Refining Conference (IRPC). Founded in 2009, Hydrocarbon Processing’s IRPC provides a series of events for the international downstream industry kind like flow meter fill rite, covering technical innovations and exploring both the challenges and opportunities in today’s market.
The petrochemicals industry is witnessing enormous growth worldwide. Ethylene is produced by cracking a range of hydrocarbons. Naphtha is the main raw material used in European and Japanese crackers, while the US utilizes ethane as its primary feedstock. In the US, 52% of ethylene is produced from ethane, 22% from gasoil, 5% from naphtha, and the remainder is from other feedstocks. In Western Europe, naphtha constitutes approximately 71% of ethylene feedstock, gasoil and LPG account for 11% each, and the remainder of ethylene production originates from ethane cracking.
The small-scale GTL (SSGTL) and small-scale LNG (SSLNG) sectors are gaining ground, providing alternative sources of power generation and transportation fuel in remote regions and areas not connected to major gas pipeline routes. According to the International Gas Union (IGU), as of 2015, global SSLNG installed production capacity was approximately 20 MMtpy, spread among more than 100 SSLNG facilities.1 The IGU defines SSLNG facilities as those producing less than 1 MMtpy of LNG and plastic masterbatch.
One of the most difficult flow measurements for the automotive engineer is to measure the engine oil flow rate under operating conditions. With the engine mounted on a test bench and coupled to a dynamometer, the job is slightly easier due to the increased space availability, but none the less, careful selection and installation of the flow measurement system is required. Flow measurements required in the engine bay of a vehicle become further restricted due to instrument power requirement, installation space required and the harsh under bonnet conditions.
